Program Download failed on NRF5340 DK

HI 

I have got a new nrf5340 DK. I have tested four LEDs and HRM. It's working fine. But when I have tried to upload blinky or hello_world Sample from NCS v1.5.1, I can't able to flash the device. I have seen the Download failed error. I have attached the image of the error which I have got. 

I need help to resolve this.

Since it complains about the connection, what is the output of "nrfjprog -i"? And do you know what DK revision you are using?

Could you try running "nrfjprog -e" and see if that helps? And have you tried the nrf Connect Programmer?

When trying to run "nrfjprog -e". I got this error

In Nrf Connect programmer. Always, It shows the device is protected.

One more thing I can able to download code using nrf programmer

Through segger only download a failed error has come

Your nrfjprog version could've been out of date, but this should be fine. 

You can go ahead and run "nrfjprog --recover" now, and see if that helps.

Are you using either the RTT viewer or the Segger RTT Client while using nrfjprog? Is switch 9 set to VDD and switch 6 set to default?
