Share pcap with non nordic wireshark

I would like to share my wireshark capture file (pcapng) with another developer to view that doesn't have a nordic sniffer. They cannot see the ble protocol information. Is there a plugin/protocol/driver that needs to be installe with wireshark so they can view my capture file?

Yes there is. I don't know that much about the windows wireshark but somewhere is a dialog which will show you all the installed plugins, including locations. Copy it and install it on the other side.
