Frequent disconnection - Disconnected, reason 8

Hi. I am currently using a custom nRF52840 board.

I am able to connect and pair with both IOS and android via BLE. However, the IOS have some issues.

After 45 minutes, The device disconnects with IOS with reason 8. The weird thing is that it only happens with IOS.

Then, it auto reconnects then the session key exchange starts and finished with another disconnection reason 8.

I require some support in this. I will appreciate the help given.

Can you post a nRF Sniffer trace of the iOS and Android connections additionally mention the clock accuracy of the 32KHz clock source you are using on the custom board. I suspect the sleep clock accuracy of the system which is a combination of the accuracy of the 32KHz clock source on your board and the master sleep clock accuracy (which will be present in the CONNECTION REQ packet).
