What is the difference of NRF9160-SICA-R and NRF9160-SIBA-B1A-R and NRF9160-SIAA-R? 

Would there be comparison table available of the difference between SICA, SIBA and SIAA?

What means DK after NRF9160?

I have understood that R is the minimum order of 100 and R7 minimum order is 2500

Hi Siiri! 

DK stands for Development Kit, which includes the entire board surrounding the nRF9160 SoC chip itself, which basicly makes it easier for you in the development phase.

SICA/SIBA/SIAA refers to the product variant, B1A refers to the build code. And as you've gathered, R7, R and T is just referring to the container code. For more info on this take a look at section 13.3 in the product specification.
