Update NCS / Zephyr / Segger SystemView, nrf/samples/profile

Hi,

Segger SystemView 3.30 (downloaded from https://www.segger.com/downloads/systemview/) does not work with NCS 1.5.1. Upstream Zephyr has updated https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/blob/main/west.yml#L115 to https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/segger/commit/b60d6e14b6b78174257f4685ebd213fadf8fc489, which tries to update to Segger 3.30.

Please update in NCS as well.

When using those upstream changes, SystemView was generally working. Except the sample nrf/samples/profiler/ does not show the modules:

Please make sure that the sample works after updating.
