Hi
I'm having some trouble understanding what exactly your problem is. Are you struggling with getting the nRFSniffer up and running on Wireshark? Do you have an nRF52 DK or Dongle, and have you flashed the nRFSniffer firmware onto the board? The .hex files can be found here. Please note that if the nRFSniffer toolbar is not visible in Wireshark, select View > Interface Toolbars > nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE.
Or is the problem that you don't see any activity in Wireshark once the sniffer is running? If so, please make sure that the device you want to sniff is running and advertising. Make sure that the All advertising devices in the Device List is chosen. If the device is already in a connection that will also cause your sniffer not to see it, as it won't be able to join a connection after it is established.
Best regards,
Simon
