Please suggest some external memory options for storing sensor data for nrf52840

Hi,

We need to store about 4Gb of data. Can someone give some external memory ICs that can be integrated into our application. Looking for a low power small footprint solution. we use 300mAH battery and the device should work for more than 3 days. we are storing the data into files every 5 seconds.

The nRF52840 comes included with a memory chip from Macronix, but it seems the largest devices in the series only support 2Gb:

NAND flash devices generally support larger sizes, but we only have driver support for NOR flash devices unfortunately, so ideally you should look for a NOR flash device that supports 4Gb. 

Hopefully someone in the community have some experiences with flash devices going up to 4Gb. If not I will do some more checking internally and see if someone has any pointers.
