What kind of input protection does the nrf51822 have ?

What kind of input protection does the nrf51822 have ? I am particularly interested in the ADC inputs.

I'm not quite sure I understand exactly what you need to know. Have you had a look at the Absolute maximum ratings in the nRF51822 Product Specification? As it says there, the maximum legal voltage for any I/O is VDD+0.3 V.
