[NRF24L01] - is it possible to change the RPD threshold from -64 to something else?

Dears,

Is it possible to change the -64dBm threshold to something else in the wireless module? (example: -70dBm, -75dBm).

I´ve seen in some forums that there are other power receive thresholds besides -64dBm. Is that true? How can I use such thresholds? I  haven´t found the information in the documentation available on the internet.

Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible to change this. You could consider looking at one of our newer products, that measures RSSI to see if they can be used instead. But they will not be a drop in replacement for nRF24L01.

Thank you for answering. Would you give some example of such products? Are they Wifi, or just wireless? I need to measure the RSSI in ISM frequencies 2.4 (now) and 5.0 GHz (near future) independent of what is transmiting there (WIFI, Microwave Oven,  wireless telephone, etc.
