nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee

SDK 4.1.0 does not appear to be compatible with the latest OpenThread project.  Instructions in the documentation (https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fsdk_tz_v4.0.0%2Fthread_ot_libraries_building.html) for Windows utilizes a makefile that references files that do not exist (cli_console.cpp, cli_server.cpp, ...).

The Linux build also now does not support the specified makefiles.

Can Nordic update the SDK/documentation to keep up with the latest OpenThread changes?

Hi Allen,

It is true not everything is the same. NCS is not a direct update of nRF5 SDK. NCS is a different SDK developed based on Zephyr Project, it adds support to Thread1.2 now, nRF5 SDK only supports Thread 1.1. 

NCS release notes explain what a “99” release means.
