finding RSSI value accurately

I am using ibeacon format for my device. The specification says to include the RSSI value calibrated  at 1 meter in the payload.

Can you please tell me how to find out the RSSI value at 1 meter accurately ? What method can I use ? my nRF connect app is displaying an RSSI value, will that value be accurate ? iam using nrf52810 based chip

Hi. 

Keeping your device at 1 meter and reading the RSSI using the nRF Connect app should be sufficient.
