nRF52840 DK for direction finding

 The nRF52840 DK is the recommend development kit, it emulates the nRF52811, and can be used as a starting point for development before moving over to a custom board. Please note that this development kit does not support Bluetooth Direction  Finding" I read this from a nRF52 datasheet. I would like to find out what restrictions are in the  nRF52840DK that I could not use it to prototype a Direction Finding application. Is there anywhere I can go around it still using nRF52840DK?

no nRF52840 does not support direction finding. See Introduction to the technology

Also the example is required to use with the nRF52833DK board, so we recommend that you start with the nRF52833 DK.
