PCA10028 can't connect to computer and pragram

Hi Nordic. When plug the PCA10028 to computer, It always popup window like that. What should I do?

This tells you that your device is available as a programmable drive in your computer. you can open the folder, drag and drop your hex files into that drive to program your chip. If you do not want to program this way, just close this pop up and program using Keil or other workspace.
