Thanks in advanced. Platform is: nrf52832-qfaa, SDK_17.0.2, use V6.88a JFflash. I design custom board with cp2102n and nrf52832 to act as a usb receiver. All these boards can be accessed through swd at the first time, then I flash softdevice to them, all done successfully. But, it's very strange when I connect j-link to them again, some boards can be connected but some can't. And after I trying to connect failed boards several times, some boards can be connected again. I check VDD pins 13,36,48, they're all 3.27V. I suspect nrf52832 is locked(possible?) for some reason. Is there a way to recover nrf52832 when can't be connected? Would experts help me?
