Microbit & nRF52833

Hello guys,

I decided to open a new ticket.

I am doing a university project which consist if building a BLE mesh formed by microbits & nRF52833.

As I have seen both of them has the same processor.

I suppose that the Code that I have develop for nRF52833 could be used at microbit V2.t

It doesnt work anything because i have to adapt Ports, pinout... however I dont really know how to adapt It.

Could you help me adapting a very basic example of the PCA10100 sush as configuring gpip or blinking leds for the microbits using segger embedded studio?

I would aprecciate so much your help. At this moment, I am a little bit blocked because I dont find any references...

So is there an old one we should be referring to?

So are you intending to be working within the Microbit "framework", or blowing that away and just doing it "bare metal"

If the former, you'd probably need to go to Microbit forums for help ...

In that ticket a Guy talks about something similar but i dont have any reference

There is a lot of information available on the BBC Microbit Gitub page. Include HW files etc.

You mean Segger Embedded Studio?

That's not an SDK - that's an IDE: https://www.segger.com/products/development-tools/embedded-studio/

The SDK for nRF52833 would be the nRF Connect SDK:

If you've never developed with that before, I would strongly suggest that you start by getting the nRF52833 Dev Kit:

That way, you will have ready-to-go examples & support to get you started.

Thank you for the info.

I have done It a few days ago and i reach yo download even my BLE Codes for the microbit.

However now I am in a new level, working with nRF5 SDK for Mesh + nRF5 SDK which is the final target of my final project with nordic products.

I Will open a new ticket about this.
