How to set AREF pin in nrf52840 DK

I am interfacing Murata_1sc module with nrf52840 DK,

and it requires IOREF to be connected with nrf but nrf52840 there is no IOREF pin

Please help?

That just tells it the voltage that the nRF's IOs are working at - it's nothing to do with AREF.

Just connect it to the nRF supply
