npm ci command not working. When I'm installing the cat tracker web application

Hey, I'm trying to install the cat tracker application. When I'm executing the npm ci command. It is prompting the following error

Copy the `.env.local` you have created on the server to your local machine and run `npm start`, this will launch the development server of the web app.

Perfect, I'd start working on it. 

I'll ask you one thing, All these days I was also parallelly working on the AWS CloudWatchLogs and the Lambda. I'm trying to store the data in the database. Once it is stored, I wanted to build an application like a dashboard view, Calendar view. 

Now, By looking at the CAT Tracker application, Can I achieve all these? like having a dashboard view, some data displaying. For reference, I have just attached a screenshot of it. 

Can you please let me know?

Yes, the modification provides an example for adding on sensor, but you can totally modify the web application to your needs, if you like.

Now, I'd like to use this data to display and customize it in the CAT Tracker application.

1. is stored in the AWS Thing for the device, so it can be queried
   1. in the web application to display the latest value
2. and also stored in TimeStream using this rule, so it can be queried
   
   1. in the web application using this component for creating a chart
