Request tolerance in the D/E dimension of nRF52833 WLCSP

So, the nRF52833 WLCSP also use the tolerance 0.03 mm for D/E?

Sorry, It's my bad. I didn't notice it's nRF52833, but the tolerance is also 0.03 mm for D/E.
