Is nRF5340 RF port S-parameter available?

Question

I am looking for the S-parameter of the RF port so I can figure out the best matching circuit for my layout. The only S-parameter file I can find here is for nRF52840:

 Local AFE told me to copy whatever on the eval board. The eval board has a 0.7pF shunt and 0 ohm series resistor for the matching circuit. The BOM doesn't say what manufacturer/part number for that resistor. Can't really copy it without knowing what that "resistor" is. Under the microscope, that resistor doesn't look like a regular 0201 resistor!?

we do offer schematic and pcb layout reviews if you want one.

When it comes to calculating the matching we do recommend to stick to the reference values and then tune for optimal performance, simulating/calculating using the S-parameter of the RF pin can only get you so far and then you have not taken harmonic filtering in to account.
