BLE Dongle Selection

Hi,

Which BLE dongle can we use on PC in order to communicate with nRF52810 and nRF52832 chips? 

Is there a desktop version of "nRF uart app" for reading and writing data?

As far as I see nRF52840 dongle should work for the those two chips. Correct me if I am wrong?

Nordic does not offer any other dongle than this, so you are correct. If you want to read app_uart you can use nRF for desktop.
