Hello!
Did you try updating the programmer to version 1.4.10? The issue should be solved now.
Downgrading is not recommended, but you can get an older version of the programmer here.

Håkon
Thank you for your replay.
Oh, I had not try 1.4.10 yet. I tried it. But in my environment, the issue was not solved.
Version 1.4.8 you gave me worked correctly. So I will use this version.
I hope it to be updated again.
Best regards.
Glad you got it to work!
Btw, what environment is that exactly? And are you using the DK or a custom board?
Best regards,
Håkon
Hi,
I use a custom board(Evaluation board of 3rd party module) and an external debugger(j-link BASE).
Best regards.

The previous solution only applied to the DK apparently.
However, the new fix for custom boards was just released! Go ahead and upgrade to 1.4.11 and everything should work fine!

Hi,
There is no INVALID_PARAMETER (fffffffd) error in Version 1.4.11.
But there is a strange region. I couldn't erase this region using "Erase all".
If I use version 1.4.8 there is not this region.
What is this ?
Best regards

That is weird, I have the team responsible looking into it now. I'll probably get back to you about it on Monday. Thanks for the heads up!
Good thing the older version works, I guess you will have to do with that in the meantime.
Best regards,
Håkon
Hello again!
The issue is only on the nRF52811, and will be fixed with the next release of the programmer. With everyone working from home we didn't have access to an nRF52811 during testing.
It only affects the UI itself though; you can still safely use this version of the programmer if you want to.
Best regards,
Håkon
