To capture the commissioning data of the EnOcean switch, put the EnOcean switch in the radio-based commissioning mode:

1. Make sure that the Disable Radio Commissioning flag in the Configuration register of the NFC interface is set to 0b0 (default state).

Hi,

The EnOcean switch has an NFC interface for setting various settings, and one of those settings are used to disable radio-based commissioning (also known as DISABLE LRN TELEGRAM.) If this setting is set to 1 then the example will not work. See the user manual for the EnOcean switch for details, you find it at the same page as you find the data sheet: https://www.enocean.com/en/products/enocean_modules_24ghz_ble/ptm-215b/

If you have not done anything with the EnOcean switch before, then this setting is already OK because the default setting from the factory is the correct setting for this example to work. In that case it should be safe to just ignore the step.

the picture shows that the client cant even open the server switch so why does this exist i cant understand
