nRF Connect v3.6.1 for desktop just showing white screen

Hi,

I used nRF Connect for power profiler and programmer for hundreds of times.

But since today, it just keeps on showing white screen.

I tried "Ctrl + R" as well as reinstallation, however it didn't work.

(Especially for "ctrl+R" option, the some fraction of the screen turned to be the correct application display for a very short time, but went to white screen again)

Can anybody help me to solve this issue?

I need to fix this as soon as possible.

Hi.

Could you try to remove the following:

C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect\settings.json

And see if that fixes the white screen?
