I am using ufl(U.FL-R-SMT(01)) 50 ohm antenna
My question is: is the matching circuit listed in the picture sufficient or do I need another component

Hi.

A PI matching network is recommended for the nRF52840, so an shunt capacitor should be added between L1 and the connector .

The footprint of a additional capacitor is added in the nRF25840DK, this capacitor is optional but nice to have if the connector and antenna needs tuning.

To do the antenna tuning, should we remove the balun matching network? And a capacitor should be placed between the coaxial cable and antenna network matching? is this only for impedance measurement? Should be the PCB bare?

when we connect the VNA to an assembly device should be all the matching networks connected?
