Upload Zephyr to own git repository with changes.

I build some test project in Zephyr examples folder. (ncs\v1.5.1\zephyr\samples\basic\ND_test).

In additional I did some changes in the Zephyr project in drivers and added overlay files.

I upload the folder v1.5.1 to own git repository. Zephyr is still be part of "https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr" repository with non-committed changes.
How can I upload all parts of Zephyr repositories to my own repository? With changes and history?

Do I need to fork all repositories that is see in "west list"?

I would recommend you to read through Adding your own code→User workflows to get an overview over the different workflows. If you place your application in ncs/v1.5.1/nrf/samples you can use workflow 3: Application in a fork of sdk-nrf.

The same approach can be used if you place the application in ncs\v1.5.1\zephyr\samples\basic\ND_test, but then you need to fork https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr and point to it in west.yml, as mentiond in the link given above:

"If you have changes in additional repositories beyond sdk-nrf itself, you can point to your own forks of those in the west.yml included in your fork."

Then you simply run west update, and it will get your forked Zephyr repo.
