Fitness tracker include both connected mode and broadcast model

I want to verify below configuration can operate or not in bluetooth ?

Fitness tracker is preset in connected mode. Broadcast mode can be selected as fitness tacker have operation interface to select. The broadcast mode is set in required specifications. User can only choose to use one of these modes. The current consumption is high in broadcast mode. After finish, user can close the broadcast mode and change to connected mode.

When building an application with a Nordic BLE softdevice, you are free to choose what user action that is perfomed, and what operation mode that the BLE softdevice is performing. This can be for instance that you are only connected, only broadcasting, or both or none of them.
