nRF5340 Cannot connect with HRM example

I'm using the nRF5340 DK with the HRM example. My phone is HUAWEI mate 10 (Android 10).

I could scan the Zephyr Heartrate Sensor in nRF Connect App and nRF Toolbox App.  However, I cannot connect. It always shows "connecting", after a few seconds, it stops.

nRF52 DK HR example works fine on my phone. But nRF5340 DK doesn't work well. 

Any idea, please? Thanks!

Hi Steven, 
Could you check on the nRF53 side if you have any log ? 
Could you capture a sniffer trace ?

I suspect that the device may have paired with the phone earlier and bond information has been removed either on the phone or on the device. The other device will try to use the stored bond information and will terminate if the peer doesn't response correctly. 

Have you tried on other phone ? Or to test with other nRF53 board ?
