MY pca10028 (nrf51422) is not appearing as a connection (no j-lnk) after I used the reset button multiple times.

I am using windows 10 and I was trying to operate my pca10028 board for a blue tooth connection. I pressed the reset button a few times but now its not working and only LED 1 is blinking. My computer is not recognizing it as a device and nrfgo studios is not detecting it either. Keil gives the error "No j-link connection" . What should I do know?
