How does NRF52840 chip use SPIM3 peripherals to enter low power consumption

After nrf52840 uses the SPIM3 peripheral to send data, turn off the SPIM3 peripheral to enter low power consumption, and there will be 700UA current; if the SPIM3 peripheral is not used to send data (only for SPIM3 initialization, after entering low power consumption, only 15UA current). Excuse me, how can I use the SPIM3 peripheral to send data, and after it can enter low power consumption, there is only 15UA current.
