2.4 GHz radio transceiver

Hello,

I am studying the NRF52 module and more particularly the 2.4GHz Radio peripheral of the module.

I would like to understand some things:

1 - sending at 2Mbps in the 2.4Ghz transmission range uses an internal clock of how many Mhz to send each bit?

This is what I mean by "internal clock of how many Mhz":

2Mbps = 2,000,000 bit/s or one bit sent every 500 ns so the internal clock should be 2Mhz, is this reasoning correct?

2- the reception of the bits is done with a clock whose frequency is how much (I do not speak about the range of emission of 2.4GHz but well of the speed of reading of the received bits)?

Thank you in advance for any clarification you can provide.
