nRF9160 not connect

Hello everybody,

My nRF9160 simply does not connect, I already followed all the instructions that come in the quick guide, I successfully registered the SIM card in the nRF cloud, but the LEDs never blink, only LED 5 is the one that is always on. What can be? Is the board damaged? Thanks.
