SUPL client library cannot receive email

Hello,

I cannot receive the email about SUPL client library download link.

The email is the same as my devzone account.

I have checked everything in my email subscription and re-apply with no luck.

Environment: Windows 10 

Browser: Google chrome

    Here is some progress update,

    I have registered another Nordic devzone account with gmail.

    (The account I am using now is Tencent enterprise email)

    And finally receive an email called "Your SUPL-C license application was not approved" with following content:


    Nordic Semiconductor
    Dear kc,

    your application for SUPL-C license has been denied.

    Please make sure you have an active/approved DevZone account
    You must apply using the same email address as for DevZone logins
    To make sure you have a recent login, please login to your DevZone account now
    Then re-submit the application form!
    If your application is refused once more, please click here to review the license agreement and contact Nordic tech support. We're here to help!

    What can I do now? I have done everything mentioned in the email.
