Error Compiling nrf52832_ciaa altium file

I downloaded the CIAA Layout and BOM resources from this page: (1.0) https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Low-power-short-range-wireless/nRF52832/Download#infotabs.  I opened the nrf52832_ciaa altium pcb project from these downloads, but when I try to compile I get the following error:

[Error] nrf52832_ciaa.SchDoc Compiler Net SWDCLK contains floating input pins (Pin U1-F1)

and the build fails.  I don't see any pins labeled U1, and when I check the net for the F1 pin it says it is a part of the SWDCLK net.  When I go to the error it just takes me to the F1 pin, but I wasn't sure what it was referencing with U1 or how to go about changing this since pin F1 appears to be a part of the SWDCLK net.

It complains because it doesn't know that SWDCLK has an internal pull up that will define the logic level so it's not really floating. Just ignore it.
