Hello, just finding this thread - does this apply for the module only version or only the DK?

Thank you - do you know if any similar documentation is available for the module? I have been unable to locate it within Nordic's repositories yet...

The chip itself can't be certified or qualified, it has to be part of a design. In this case, we're using the DK. In case you are using a module, the manufacturer of this will in most cases have the reports.
