Feedback: nRF Connect Toolchain Manager download speed

This is just simple feedback on the nRF Connect Toolchain Manager v0.9.2.

The download speeds when installing an SDK are terribly slow. On a 1Gb/s connection my PC was only seeing ~160kb/s while the SDK was downloading. The total install time wasn't too unreasonable, but it "felt" slow.

If this is not due to issues with the SDK file server, I would suggest downloading the components of the SDK in parallel, and perhaps add a download accelerator library to it (should one exist for Electron.) 

As well, the status text suggests that various repositories are updated after the initial install. Perhaps these updates could also be done in parallel?

I would like to second this feedback.  Toolchain downloads are in the range of hours on a modern high speed connection.  I wonder if cloud availability zones could be employed to speed things up?
