Question for nRF52-DK

Hi team,

My customer is working on a design with nRF52832, and they look into several reference layout, one question comes from our nRF52-DK, they want to know why 12pf in P0.26 and P0.27? What is the function of those and how to select the value?

Hi Leon.

The 12pF capacitors on pin P0.25 and P0.26 are a workaround for errata [138], they are used to fix the spurious emissions on the GPIO lines. If the pins are not needed for GPIO, it is more effective to short the pins to ground directly.

Another question from customer, what is the current of 2 capacitors via DCC in working mode? Do we have any data on this?

Hi Leon.

The inductors L2 and L3 have a minimum current rating of 50mA.
