BLE connection fails during device startup

Hi,

I'm using nrf52840 and connect it to a PC via NFC pad (which triggers advertising).

When I'm turning my device on, connection fails to be established. Only after few seconds, I can try again and connection is established.

Is there an option that we need to wait a few seconds until BLE is up? And only then we have the option to connect?

What, exactly, happens when the connection "fails to be established" ?

Have you checked that the power supply is stable at startup?
