nRF52811 Halt and catch fire (flashing kills SoC)

Dear Technical Support, 

I have faced a problem debugging firmware on our custom board based on Nrf52811. We use j-link EDU and Segger Embedded Studio as development tools. After uploading firmware on our target board several times, i receive  that message 

Then, next uploading, no target can be found and only this error message appears 

The same issue happened with another our custom boards. No board were possible to recovered. I wonder, if nrf52811 can be damaged by flash uploading and what I can do with that?

Unless you flash the devices thousands of times, the flash doesn't go bad like that. So there must be something else that caused this. Can you share the schematic?
