i am working on NRF52DK . i know soft device is s132 but i have no idea about version of soft device.

I see. Which SDK version are you working with? You can see which SoftDevice version is included with your SDK in the SDK SoftDevice SoC compatibility matrix, or you can see it directly in the SDK folder by going to SDK\components\softdevice\s132\hex.
