Can't run nrf_pwr_mgmt_run() or sd_ble_gap_adv_stop() without

Hello. Using SDK16 on my NRF52840 board

I'm stuck here on my product development - trying to make my device have longer "sleep" battery life.

when I call a simple function that tries to sleep the SD:

I assume that there is something wrong in my sdk_config.h but I don't know what.  
Has anyone else seen this problem?

Hello,

The "INVALID MEMORY ACCESS" assertion shouldn't be raised unless you write to a peripheral or memory region reserved to the Softdevice, and I don't see anything that does that in the code snippet you posted above.

To find the reason for the assert, please modify the logging in app_error_fault_handler() to print the info paramater value as shown in the screenshot below.

Thanks. So the value of 'info' indicates that you are writing to one of the NRF_RADIO registers.
