Optimal CPU frequency?

According to the documentation the optimal CPU frequency is 16 MHz, Please, could someone tell me if that is correct or not?

You can't change the CPU frequency on the nRF51822, it is fixed at 16 MHz, so yes, this is the optimal and only value.
