About the problem of nrf52832 crystal oscillator

                  As shown in the figure below, can this type of crystal oscillator be used on nrf52832? How to connect this crystal oscillator with XC1 and XC2 of nrf52832?

Whether this works or not, depends on the type of oscillator. The radio requires a oscillator with a proper crystal. A "programmable" or PLL based oscillator will have too much phase noise and will not work. 

Connect the oscillator to the XC1 pin. Leave XC2 unconnected.
