C++ Constructor is not called

Hi.

Im new to ncs and zephyr but I've got lot of expirience in embedded software.

Today I add a class and a global instance of this class.

So I expected that the constructor is called before main().

But the constructor is never called.

Is there a solution for C++?

 C(void)
 {
   m = 5;
 }
 int Get(void)
 {
  m++;
  return m;
 }

private:
 int m;

void main(void)

You have not called the constructor of C and your instance of C was never initialized. Try changing to C c{};

A constructor should be called when a object is created.

The object c should be created at startup before main() and C::C() should be called from the statup code.

When I add C c{} a additional object c is created in the current contex.

So I think zephyr is limited in supporting of C++.

Now I add CONFIG_CPLUSPLUS=y to the proj- file and the constructor is call.
