Unable to JLINK nRF5340 DK JLINKARM_DLL_ERROR (ffffff9a)

Having an issue that suddenly started with my nRF5340. Tried swapping out batteries, USB power supplies, cables, still have the following error. What is weird is I don't get this issue on any of my other nRF boards.

Could not fetch memory size of target devkit: Error: Error occured when get library info. Errorcode: CouldNotOpenDevice (0x4) Lowlevel error: JLINKARM_DLL_ERROR (ffffff9a)

Figured out it had to do with the PPK2 being connected. Everything was connected correctly and same as before but was causing an issue. I simply removed it and rejumped pin 22 and can program again. Kinda weird, not I guess I'll have to test and see what's up with my PPK2.

Glad to hear that you figured out the problem. It should be possible to program the chip while having the PPK2 connected as well, but you need to make sure you have turned it on in the Power profiler app first (either in ammeter or source mode). The nRF VDD will not get supplied otherwise.
