ANT+BLE support and downloads are provided at Dynastream website. In the table shown in that link , you can see that nRf52820 supports S212,S312 and S340 all of which has ANT+BLE feature. For more details on the SXXX numbering, read about the description of those softdevices in the end of the page in the link provided.
