Programming blank nRF5340 D version IC

We use the nRF5340 D version IC for one project, but the PCBA (main chip is nRF5340) not working, we can burn the hello_world.hex by Jlink 7.23 version, But the Crystal 32.768K and 32M CLK not working, have any boot loader file have to burn firstly, or how to check and debug the next step.

Are you using the nRF5340 DK or is this a custom PCB? Why do you think the crystal is not working? Are you following any of our tutorials for working with nRF5340?

Hi Marjeris.

Thanks for your feedback, we use the customer PCB, and download the hello_world.hex, which follows the nordic SDK programmer process, but inspects the 32M crystal not working and UART1 did not print "Hello World", does that normal? , the hex is working well in the nRD5340DK.

Hi,

Have you checked the crystal load capacitance in the crystal datasheet and made sure the values of the crystal capacitors are tune correctly?

Have you measured the voltage on VDD?

Could you share the customers' schematics for review?
