Cant open power profiler kit 2 on windows pc.

Hello,

I have an issue opening the power profiler kit 2 on my windows desktop:

Somethimes it works after restarting, but stops working after a few minutes.

After it stops working or doesnt work at all and i restart the application it gets stuck on "Opening device with s/n XXX"

Full log:

Hello, 

Can you please elaborate more on what you are doing parallel to the device stops working? Have you checked the USB cable for any faults? Does the device have power, i.e. LED blinks?

In the last image you posted, is the device available under Select Device? What version of the PPK2 do you have? See sticker on board.
