No ULINK Device found Keil

When I try to load my program into nRF51 DK (or when I try to debug), I get this error. How do I fix this? Running Keil 5.14.

Go to Project>Options then select Debug tab. In Use select J-LINK / J-TRACE Cortex. Now it will be solved.

thanks it works. but now i am getting error like Error: Flash Download failed - "Cortex-M0". may be it is because of softdevice. can you tell me which soft device should i use?
