No ULINK Device found Keil

When I try to load my program into nRF51 DK (or when I try to debug), I get this error. How do I fix this? Running Keil 5.14.

Go to Project>Options then select Debug tab. In Use select J-LINK / J-TRACE Cortex. Now it will be solved.

If you are developing a peripheral device then use SoftDevice 110 or if you are developing a central device use SoftDevice 120. Use nRFgo Studio for flashing SoftDevice. I'm getting error for SoftDevice in Keil sometimes.
