Hi,

I'm using nRF5_SDK_17.0.2_d674dde\examples\ble_central_and_peripheral\experimental\ble_app_multirole_lesc\pca10040 & pca10056

Wants to send data packet over switch press from anyof one either from pca10040 or pca10056.

Can anybody suggest me what changes needs to be done in this?

Hello Megha Choudhari,

You will need a service and characteristic to send data between the two devices.
A general way to do two-way exchanges of data between two devices is demonstrated in the BLE NUS sample applications - you may then modify these examples to instead trigger the transmissions from a button press, rather than the UART data ready event. The BLE NUS service is made to send an arbitrary uint8_t array to the connected device, so this gives you full flexibility on what data you are sending to the connected device.

So, when either side receive a button press it sends some data to the connected device.

Alternatively, you can take a look at the BLE Blinky peripheral and central examples - these examples almost exactly demonstrate the behavior you describe, with the exception that each side of the link updates their own LED to match the state of the connected board.

Is there any ready multirole example in which data packet sent from peripheral to central. (Not on switch press, if over UART then it also fine). Kindly share example for both pca10040 & pca10056

Unfortunately, since the multirole example is still experimental, there is no other examples made to showcase functionality on top of this.
The intention of the multirole example is just to show how an multirole application could work, but you would have to implement any required functionality yourself on top of this.

it always stuck at nrf breakpoint condition & code didn't work further for both pca10040 & pca10056

Can you look into this.

This is a third party demonstration/application, and thus not something we support directly, unfortunately.
On e general debugging note, the 'stuck on breakpoint condition' case usually means that a non-NRF_SUCCESS error code has been passed to an APP_ERROR_CHECK.
If you make sure to have DEBUG defined in your preprocessor defines, like shown in the included image, the logger will output a detailed error message whenever a non-NRF_SUCCESS error is passed to an APP_ERROR_CHECK. This should tell you exactly where to look, and the function's API reference should tell you the issue directly.
